Jubaea Estate's beautiful olive oil has been crafted for the last thirty years by hand-harvesting the fruit, pressing it with a state-of-the-art Pieralisi mill, and sharing the exquisite result around their own table with family and friends. This award winning Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in very limited quantities, from their intimate grove of olive trees. The estate is Certified Organic through California Certified Organic Farmers, and the Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is Seal Certified through the California Olive Oil Council (COOC)
