Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Items that are unopened and unused may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt or order number. The amount will be refunded via the original form of payment. If a receipt or order number is not present, items may be returned for store credit issued in the form of a gift card of equal value. Customers are responsible for shipping any items not returned in-store. To begin the returns process, please fill out this form and we will get back to you.

All sales on makeup and bulk items are final unless items are damaged. 

Juniper Station is not responsible for any packages that are lost by any mail carrier or stolen. We recommend that you reach out to USPS to file a claim for any lost or stolen packages.
