B&B Gardens hot sauces are made from peppers grown right here in Napa. This is a perfect blend of homegrown cayenne peppers fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks. They are then carefully blended with organic granulated garlic, distilled water, distilled white vinegar to the perfect consistency and flavor. The pH level is carefully managed so the hot sauces don't have to be pasteurized, which allows them to maintain their probiotics.
